| Management |
I was approached by my manager and asked if I would be interested in "managing people". I am puzzled and not sure if I want to re-enter the management field.
If you are already in management, please drop an advise.
If you are not yet in management, please share your thoughts.
If you dislike and never don't want to be part of management, please tell me your concerns. |

To lose that harmony relationship with all my colleagues since I am getting along so well with all of them. (from my past management experiences)

If you can manage people without people feeling managed, that will be great.
Just manage them like you manage Dave, you will be fine:)

We were thinking about Chinese New Year at first. After the survey, we decide to do it later. But.... it's surely coming soon (about 95% ready).
